EXCHANGE, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
1. Exchange
1.1. Issued Digital Good(s) cannot be exchanged for cash.
1.2. Replacement of the Good(s) may be allowed, at eShakster’s sole and absolute discretion, for manufacturing defects only.
1.3. Exchange of a Product (as defined in the Terms of Use) purchased shall be subject to eShakster’s Conditions.
Notwithstanding Terms & Conditions of Sale, Clause 6, Exchange Conditions for Products purchased on eShaksters.com will be set out as followed:
· Exchange of Small Appliances
a. Customer will have to communicate with our Customer Service agent via live chat, Whatsapp or email (contact@eshaksters.com) and provide a valid reason.
b. In any case, Customers have been informed to head over to our office with the defective item along with the invoice. Upon arrival, our staff will inspect the item to check if it is indeed a manufacturing defect. Once verified, we will proceed with an exchange of the same item, or a different item of the same value (if the similar item becomes unavailable). Items without its original packaging and complete accessories are not qualified for exchange.
· Exchange of Large Appliances
a. Customer will have to communicate with our Customer Service agent via live chat, Whatsapp or email (contact@eshaksters.com) and provide a valid reason.
b. A technician will be arranged to head down to your place to verify the defect and/or issue for repair. In any case the technician is unable to repair the item, a written report will be given. Email us the report as a proof of verification and we will proceed with a 1-to-1 exchange of the product along with the original packaging and accessories/items that comes with the purchase.
1.4. You will not be eligible for an exchange for the following:
a. If the product received is not up to your expectations, or
b. You have a change of mind (eg, would like a smaller/bigger capacity).
Kindly ensure that you have done a thorough research on the product to avoid such cases.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
2.1. Refunds will be on a case to case basis.
2.2. Any Good(s) bought cannot be returned, refunded and/or cancelled after purchase, unless a refund and/or cancellation is permitted in accordance with Clause 2.3
2.3. Notwithstanding, Terms & Conditions of Sale, Clause 6, eShaksters may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit a refund and/or cancellation of Good(s), provided that the Good(s) has met our conditions.
2.4. eShaksters reserves the right to cancel or reject the use of any Good(s) at its sole and absolute discretion, including, without limitation, where it deems or suspects that any transaction is fraudulent.
2.4.1 Cancellations could be requested by the customer via our Customer Service agent or email us at contact@eshaksters.com, provided that the orders have not been shipped out.
